Annual Conference

Registration for the next annual conference, to take place January 19 and 20, 2017 is now open.

To register, please fill out this registration form.  Please keep in mind the following notes:

  • “Registration Code”: This should already state “WCDGS2017
  • “Amount”: The Conference fees are as below.  The conference fee covers Thursday’s evening reception, breakfast, lunch and the banquet dinner on Friday for participants. Please note that registration fees are normally non-refundable.
  • Conference Fee: $200.00
  • Banquet Guest: $50.00
  • “Name”: While the form just asks for your name, please fill out your Name & University (e.g. “Cathy Stacey, University of Victoria”)
  • For Dietary restrictions and other notes, please use the “Comments” field on the registration form.

A block of rooms will be available at the Inn at Laurel Point.  Special rates for WCDGS are in effect and will be available until the booking deadline of Friday, December 16, 2016. Please note there are fewer inexpensive rooms available, so please book early.
